Trump tweets "AMERICAN HERO!"

With this photograph:

Amusingly, this is getting attacked for being what it obviously is: photoshopped.

I'm seeing, for example:
Trump, bro, this is beyond gross. This is obviously photoshopped. It’s not even a meme or something funny to laugh at because the subject material is plausible for many people who do not examine the picture carefully and don’t notice the unnatural lines and silhouettes.
It's like they don't understand the internet.... They do, but as with everything else, when Trump does it, it's bad.

AND: Then there's the truly embarrassing confusion:
I've requested details from the @WhiteHouse on this photo. There was no such canine event on today's @POTUS schedule but there is a Medal of Honor ceremony set here for later today for an active duty Green Beret.
That's from a journalist, who proceeds to abuse a Medal of Honor winner:

Yeah, you've got a criticism, but you're kind of doing what you're trying to complain that Trump did.

These people cannot allow that this is for fun. They MUST cling to their fiction that Trump and his supporters are stupid.

Because they cannot argue with the success of our country right now.

They cannot argue policy.

They are empty. They are fake. They don't believe a single thing they say. They are not here in good faith.

They are just simply terrible people.

They need to listen to Kanye and find God to fill the emptiness inside them.

If I explain it to you again, scum, will you listen?

One, you have no way of knowing that POTUS made anything up. Milley said he did not have all the information.

Two, if he did make it up that al-baghdadi died in terror, have you considered that it's for a positive reason, a reason that could help to win the war? In a word, propaganda?

Do you understand that propaganda is not inherently evil? That the Allies used it in WWII? That if one eighteen-year-old Muslim hears that al-B died pissing and shitting himself, and as a result does not join an Islamofascist outfit, that's one less Muslim we have to kill, or that might kill our guys?

So: do you understand that if PDT is lying like a rug, and al-Baghdadi died nobly-he and the three kids he dragged along-it is still in the national interest to say otherwise? And that you should cooperate and not resist Every. Single. Damn. Thing. He. Does?

And if you disagree with the notion, can you at least understand that MIGHT be the thinking?

I know James McCloughan. He is a great patriot. I am sure he got a laugh out of this photoshop. He was honored to receive the award from President Trump. He would have been equally honored, I am sure, to receive it from President Obama.

McCloughan is a product of a small town in western Michigan (Bangor). He served with great heroism and distinction in the Vietnam War. He was a medic who stayed on the field rescuing and treating his comrades for 48 hours in a battle near Nui Yon Hill in 1969. He was severely wounded but stayed fighting the enemy and rescuing and treating his fellow soldiers. He refused evacuation at least twice. He is credited with saving at least ten lives that day.

After his discharge, he went back to Van Buren County and became teacher and wrestling coach of great distinction at South Haven High School. He has a beautiful tenor voice. Last summer I heard him sing God Bless the USA at a friend's memorial service.

All praise on honor on Jim McCloughan. He puts his love of America above politics, and he likes a good laugh.

That's your personal opinion. That's the opinion of you trying to affect you, readering, some schmuck on the internet who would never do such a thing and cannot relate.

You do not live in the head of a person who would blow himself up with his children beside him. Perhaps you are not the best judge of what is effective propaganda. Perhaps the target audience lacks your morality and thinks that blowing up your children with you is badass, or devout, and that the wives were failures because they did not detonate. Perhaps President Trump has experts to tell him these things. Perhaps once he has made the decision and gone forward with it, it is not helpful for you to offer a counter narrative.

PS You left off "human".

Did I?

And I maintain that you have no basis for insisting that the President's statements were false. Again, your source of information can only be the remarks of General Milley, who, I repeat, stated that he did not have all the information that President Trump had.

So I don't see what motivation you can have for maintaining this belief, except to detract from the war effort. You actually seem to offer the President an out from lying, by saying that there may have been confusion, but again, the truth is not as important here as convincing ISIS and ISIS wannabes that they are the weak horse on the losing side and should go home and diddle their camels and nephews instead of playing with Semtex.

But, then you had to go dig yourself a deep hole:

readering: "(Why would a guy be crying who straps explosives to his body every morning, and then finally detonates them as he had every reason to expect one day would end?)"

1: What makes you think it was real to him, rather than a propaganda ploy he used to encourage the spoldydopes?

2: Who cares?

Seriously, does the fact taht Obama created ISIS with his feckless incompetence keep you from finding out what they've been doing? They are murderous barbarian scum. It is the moral duty of every decent human being to want to break their power and wipe them out.

If, given the choice between "Trump gets a second term" and "ISIS continues enslaving, raping, torturing, and murdering innocent and defenseless people", you chose the later, then you are scum.

3: If the story Trump told was a lie, so what? Then it would be a lie told with the purpose of harming ISIS, of damaging their recruitment, of making it so fewer women are enslaved, raped, and murdered, so that fewer people are burned to death while their agonies are videoed to be used as celebratory propaganda.

If you have a problem with what Trump did you, you are a sick, twisted, utterly f'ed nutcase

4: Trump didn't make the photoshop. The Daily Caller did

5: I realize taht you nutcases foaming at the mouth about this gives direct benefits to Trump, and to the GOP. So I should be celebrating the way you people out yourself as insane America hating, terrorist loving, scum

But, as an American nationalist and American patriot, I'd really prefer that 40% of my fellow country members to be raving nutcases
