How much tax payer dollars are wasted on the bogus "Trump-Russian colluded" to trick Americans into distrusting the ever trustworthy Poor Hillary?

Where does this leave Bannon?

The press corp sounds even more like a pack of baying hyenas at 2x speed than normal.

I like bipartisan deals between Republicans and the Trump Party. That coalition could work very well.

Bad Cop.

Since you are a leftist I will spell it out in crayons: If you don't have a good relationship with Trump you will end up like Flake and Corker. Primaried.

If you didn't notice McConell's body language look again. Someone found a horses head in his bed this morning. He has watched two of his buddies drug out behind the shed and get knee-capped. McConell is acting like someone who has a 3rd of Trump's approval in his own state.

Always fun to watch The Donald at a press conference. Obama's were the worst just because he took five minutes to answer each question. You could tell he was trying to run out the clock.

As to substance? Not much we didn't already know:

- Working on tax reform. Hope to have it done by yearend but Mitch pusshed back a bit.

- Judges are getting confirmed. They're great, fabulous judges.

- Hillary is a loser for supporting the NFL players kneeling and he hopes she runs again.

I liked his parting shots on the anthem at the end.

Leftists can't figure out why everyone else doesn't hate veterans the country.

WisRich... Trump trying to run out the clock? He looked like he wanted to bolt about 5 times during the press conference. "Please don't ask me questions I don't want to answer, because all I'll give you are my pat answers. Everything is wonderful. We are the best, our people are the best. My deals are the best."

Nothing new here, SOS.

It would be interesting to research the relationship between anti-Americanism, anti-war (but not pro-life), class conflict, etc., and veterans' PTSD.

Not sure I understand the point of the "hope Hillary runs again" jokes these days. Needs fresher material. Perhaps someone can spell it out in crayons.

Then talk to the press for fresher material. They're the ones who keep on asking the question.

I know its off-topic for the thread, but since you added the "I hope Hillary runs" part, I have to say this (please blog or poll about it):

Hillary hurt herself, she's now wearing a boot on her foot. She claims she broke a toe (not sure that's true, maybe we do put people in boots for broken toes these days idk), but the explanation? Oh for the love of God this woman can't tell the truth about ANYTHING...

She told the Graham Norton Show: "I was running down the stairs in heels with a cup of coffee in hand, I was talking over my shoulder and my heel caught and I fell backwards."

Does anyone believe Hillary was running anywhere, let alone down stairs?
Does anyone believe Hillary was wearing heels?
Does anyone believe she was running down stairs, caught a heel, and fell BACKWARDS?
Does anyone believe the kind of fall she describes would result in only a broken toe?

I have to agree with Trump: "I hope she run's again".

Yancey Ward said...

She is running again- it is 100% certain. As I remind people over and over- she always intended to run a campaign in 2020, she just thought she would be making the trips in Air Force One.

donald said...

Well, it could actually happen and 54,000,000 odd million people would laugh like hell, so there's that.

Well, she's running now, right before our very eyes.

Well, she couldn't admit the truth that one of her aides hit her in the back with a golf ball.

>(not sure that's true, maybe we do put people in boots for broken toes these days idk)

When I broke a toe, my doctor advised against X-rays on the grounds that it wouldn't affect treatment. I didn't even get or need a bandage, let alone a boot.

Of course, it's not uncommon for people to get different treatments for the same thing, so whatever.

It's especially relevant, now that her foot's broken.

My idea if I were a Reporter: Stay far away from the Microphones. It sounds ridiculous to hear the pleading "Mr President, Mr President..." over the mic.

I came for the roses in the Rose Garden of the white House. I didn't see nary a one. Have you heard of the Mr. Lincoln variety of red roses? Will there be a Mr. Trump rose? What would it look like? It would have to be yellow, e.g., the yellow rose of Texas, I would think, to match his hair. You thought I was going to say "black rose" to match his dark soul. I fooled you, didn't I?

When did that happen? No Republicans voted for Obamacare. Hell, I don't know of any Republicans who voted for Obama. Ask Althouse if she (a) is a Republican and (b) whether she ever voted for Obama. My answer is (a) yes and (b) hell no. I think Althouse has no desire to be a Republican, and she voted either once or twice for Obama.

The matter of how one could have voted for Obama, and then later on supported Trump is a whole 'nother level of mystery.

Republicans who nearly agreed to vote for a "comprehensive" immigration bill have been scolded into submission on that issue. (That was a mere small handful of Republicans; 99.8% of Republicans refused the Dems on that.

You ignorant fuckwads keep veering farther off the reservation. Good fucking riddance! Steve Bannon is talking about "primarying" John Barrasso in Wyoming. Barrasso is a guy who votes with Trump almost 96% of the time.

Yeah, well McConnell says "we're [the President and I] totally together on this, and we're going to move America forward."

McConnell did NOT say "...and we're going to make America great again."

I'm tellin' ya, boys and girls, McConnell still ain't a believer. Asshole.

You're talking about impeaching Trump and fantasizing about the death of Bannon.

This is nowhere near original, but I like it and it bears repeating.

Hillary was asked if there was a similarity between the behavior of her husband (whom she viciously defended) and that of Harvey Weinstein (who's money she cherished).

We all know the answer by now: "Close, but no cigar."

Yep. That's our next POTUS, if she watches her step.

tcrosse said...

Hillary was asked if there was a similarity between the behavior of her husband and that of Harvey Weinstein.

She replied that we've already established that, and we're now haggling over the price.

Hillary supporting NFL players taking the knee during our national anthem. Trump''s response was absolutely perfect. Even McConnell smiled.

"Its that kind of thinking that lost her the election"

Yep. And the Democrats will nominate someone who thinks just like Hillary.

Hillary won't be physically or mentally able to run again. That's not a wish of mine, it's just a fact, I'd be happy if she could. The Dems better start developing a bench, and soon.

Yes, it's true. That MSM/lefty/dem/LLR dominated reservation does feel a bit....constricting.

I think I'll just mosey a bit further off....even if it bothers Rachel Maddow, George Soros and LLR Chuck.

The whole GOPe party should be primaried. There might be 5 honest operators in the Senate. Mitch was groveling up there because he knows where the power is now.

Your concern shouldn't be that we left the reservation. That's water under the bridge. The GOPe is done one way or another. Betraying the voters on Obamacare was worse than the gang of 8 if that is even possible. There is no group more useless or hated than the GOPe at this point because they are unforgivable betrayers. The Democrats were at least honest about being enemies.

Your concern should be what happens if we decide to come back. You don't want us to come back.
