Sounds like a "hold my beer and watch this" sort of moment.

Bad link.

Amazing the kinds of crap people who need authoritarian leaders project onto megalomaniacs.

But not for me.

It is odd. Starts to work, but then goes black and silent.

Can't see the link...says the address is wrong

Not really into humor, is she?

She didn't smile but it did stop her head bobbing.

Tried four different browsers, all connect to server but return "file not found".

Bob and Paco's comments were funny, though, so I'll settle for that.

Hillary is filled with hate. Trump will have an
Easy time with her, but Biden will be hard to beat.

Pretty funny. Either she is very pissed off, or can actually play along with a joke....?

Link works.

That reporter better be careful. She had intent in her eyes.

That is one thing that is honest about hillary. She will do anything to get power.

JAORE said...

Works for me.

And it's the funniest I've ever seen Hillary.

JAORE said...

FWIW, "the funniest I've ever seen Hillary." is an astoundingly low bar.

JAORE said...

I'm also waiting for the combination of thick skin and cracks to be utilized.

Did you guys know Hillary is OLD?

Thanks for taking the trouble to find that, Prole.

Damn, that was funny.

Curious George said...

That's fake. Some of you actually think that's real?

Curious George: That's fake. Some of you actually think that's real?

It depends on what the meaning of the world "real" is.

The link works, but not the comedy. Too meta for me. Hillary has a sense of humor. Perhaps she's making fun of herself or perhaps she's genuinely annoyed at the cartoon. The lady or the tiger. If you have to spend that much time trying to figure out what's going on, it's more zen than satire, or maybe a satire on zen, or something. My considered opinion is that Hillary is a resentful woman with a good sense of humor.

Forget policy, what's up with the unflattering, badly applied eyeliner? I mean really, at her age she hasn't mastered eyeliner (or hired a proficient makeup person)?

Michael K said...

"That reporter better be careful. She had intent in her eyes. "

She had that Vince Foster look.

Curious George said...

For crissakes people, they edited two interviews together.

I don't find it funny, other than the left eating their own. But it's not a real interview.

I liked "I think you are going to cackle at this".

Paco: One of the most astonishing moment in my life in 2015 was hearing from a mob of Australians that "Hold my beer, watch this" was not only not a thing in OZ, but they'd never even heard of it and had to have it explained. And no, they were not pulling my leg.

I didn't think it was funny, but the persons who missed the splice are very funny!!!

The Cracker Emcee Refulgent said...

Hilarious, and the "special effects" credit should have given folks a clue.

Spiros Pappas said...

Why did this man use the term "cackle"? It's very offensive and confrontational! You people are going to have to deal with Mrs. Clinton for at least four years. Ted Cruz is an unhinged, hateful monster who will get slaughtered in the general election. Too bad Trump is toast with the Party elders! And, anyways, besides affirmative action and abortion, Clinton is basically a Republican. So it won't be so bad. Okay? Get a grip!

MathMom said...

I think they just took the video down! I was playing it, it stopped, and when I reloaded it said "File not found."

Hmmm.

MathMom said...

Thanks, Earnest Prole. That video worked, and is hilarious! It's got good production values, too. Looks real!

Char Char Binks, Esq. said...

It's never funny till someone says "awkward".

Yancey Ward said...

Wow, that video was well done! At first, I was convinced it was a real interview, and only considered that it wasn't near the end, and was only sure of it when I saw the attribution to the Charlie Rose show.

Well done!

Yancey Ward said...

And I wonder how many audits Mr. Breen will have to suffer through if Shelob wins the White House.

Brando said...

Can't view the link, but "thick skin"? Has this person ever heard of Hillary Clinton?

Paco Wové said...

"It's very offensive and confrontational!"

Comedy gold, Spiros! Don't ever change.

wildswan said...

Had no trouble with the link, didn't realize interview was fake. The thing I noticed was the transition in Hillary's expressions from "good times together" to "Oh my God now what" to cold stone-faced anger.

Rosalyn C. said...

I love what she's doing with her hair. She looks great. Was this a set up? Yeah.

For crissakes George, finding it funny doesn't depend on thinking it's real.

Well done. Thanks Earnest Prole for putting up a link that works.

Queen Caclepants laughed and laughed. "Good one, Steve!" she said. However, the next day, Mr. Breen's pet cat disappeared under suspicious circumstances.

From the lack of self awareness Hall of Fame, honorable mention category.

Not surprising from the guy who things the only thin wrong with Greece is that the Germans aren't willing to work longer so Greeks can retire earlier.

You remember the bit from SNL where they had Hillary! talking about Hillary! with the actress who impersonates Hillary! on that show? This was WAY funnier than that!

Humperdink said...

I knew it was fake after about 15 seconds into the video. It was confirmed when the perp left the studio in one piece.

tds said...

This link works: cartoonist interviews Clinton

pm317 said...

Haha.. that was hilarious. almost like SNL. Well played by both.

Wince said...

Looks like the Hillary video was taken from the Charlie Rose show, which would explain all the nodding during his endless droning, interrupting even himself to add several more parentheticals to his "perfect" question, because to ask the perfect question requires the appropriate set-up, and then some context, in order to bring out the full majesty of both the interviewer and interviewee, when seated around a round oak table, amidst a completely black background that adds a layer of seriousness and focus to the whole endeavor...

Skipper said...

Not funny.

This was skin-crawling bad. I began to wonder if the two of them were in the same room. Bad editing, shit-tastic acting, horrific writing. And a shitty cartoon. Proved nothing.
