"Sexual risk orders were introduced in England and Wales in March last year and can be applied to any individual who the police believe poses a risk of sexual harm, even if they have never been convicted of a crime. They are civil orders imposed by magistrates at the request of police."

From the statute:
(3)The court may, if it considers it just to do so, make an interim sexual risk order, prohibiting the defendant from doing anything described in the order.
122A Sexual risk orders: applications, grounds and effect:

Though it's not like we in the US can talk. When I used to play a lot of poker it was common knowledge you didn't want to have too much cash on you. Not because you'd be robbed by criminals, but because you'd be robbed by the cops. If you have a lot of cash (and there's no legal definition of "a lot") the cops will simply take it.
