I'm having difficulty relating to this.
All Newland has to say is she identifies as a badly scarred Asian man, she didn't mean any harm, but like Caitlyn, she just wasn't able to stop herself in time to prevent rear ending somebody.
Its a curiosity. But past that? You can't help, or, fix, or protect, stupid.

In Shelley v. Kraemer (1948), SCOTUS ruled that Missouri could not enforce a private restrictive covenant which barred selling a particular property to blacks or Asians. It claimed that enforcing the private discriminatory choice would represent a state denial of equal protection.
If the equal protection clause covers gender, and if the Newland case had taken place in the U.S., wouldn't the same reasoning have applied? Gayle Newland's accuser quite openly says that she consented to sex, and is only now bringing a sexual assault charge because she found out that Newland is not a man. If Shelley v. Kraemer is right, wouldn't a state be barred from punishing rapists who would have been regarded as acceptable partners were it not for their race, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, or other judicially-recognized classifications?
That may seem perverse, but I don't see why it wouldn't follow.
