All we really know is obama promised maximum "flexibility" for his boyfriend in the kremlin and in terms of Russias much improved geopolitical position, its impossible to argue that obama didnt deliver.
In spades.
Obama is not a chicken. He's a dumb cluck.
"Putin may choke Obama's chicken" would probably have been a slightly (very slightly) more accurate headline.
