I see that the Washington Post has decided to start doing headlines in the Upworthy/Buzzfeed form.

"This Google Glass user went to the movies. Then he got interrogated for about four hours."

Google is outraged that the NSA accessed Google in part of their searches. Yet Google has no problem putting out Google glasses. And many people arguing against the NSA are ok,with Google glasses.
But what about the privacy of those you can film without their knowledge?a guy got in trouble for wearing Google glasses in a movie and was only let go when he proved that he wasn't filming the movie.
But what if he was?
What if, govt decides to add Google glasses to its surveillance program, and all agents walk and drive around wearing Google glasses and record people. Do they need warrants?
We demand privacy, but technology moves forward regardless.
At some point people are going to have to realize that Google is in fact the biggest evil out there in terms of doing away with privacy

Once upon a time it almost seemed like a Department of Homeland Security was a little too Orwellian, and not a necessary price to pay after the terrorist attacks of September 2001.

Over time, such fears have proved to be unfounded, as this story shows. Thank goodness.
