Michelle Obama calls herself a "busy single mother."
She corrects herself: "Sometimes when you've got the husband who's president, it can feel a little single, but he's there."

Yeah, that's no flub. Calling yourself a single mother requires conscious effort. She did it unconsciously. Interesting.

I think her tongue got a little ahead of her thoughts as she was talking about busy single mothers and also relating it to herself. She's every woman sort of thing.

Given the job of POTUS, BO is spending about as much time with the kids as a divorced father with limited visitation rights. (Not a big deal. Same with a lot of other fathers with very busy jobs.)
So, yeah, I would assume that the deal MO and BO have worked out is that she will do most of the scutt work raising the kids. Nice for her that she has a staff of more than 20, and her "job" is hers to define. She gets as much sympathy as any other multimillionaire.
She is not pretty. Her weaves and makeup and clothes cannot "mask" the ugly.
My friends and I have given her the drag name of "Atrosia".
Also small tits and an ass you can park a car in on an Amazon woman is not attractive.

P.S. I doubt that anyone can have more contempt for MO than I. When you think that it's possible that she became a "diversity coordinator" in a hospital for the sole purpose of siphoning money away from keeping sick people alive it's not easy to criticize people who say she's "not pretty," but I'll give it a shot.

Really? She strikes me a one of those people who are always unhappy and complaining regardless of the circumstances.

Liberals' comfort with lies is telling, but for many, they simply aren't willing to listen.

Meh. I think she just meant to say "busy, working mother." (Which is not to say she isn't a bubbling cauldron of resentment or a perpetually angry woman, because I think she's both.) Notice how she had to quickly clarify that she was referring to her former self. She'd look pretty silly now complaining about having to schlep the kids around or not having time to prepare nutritious meals.
Michelle isn't particularly good at this stuff. During the first campaign, she had a tough time connecting with average women. She would commiserate with the stresses and challenges of working mothers by noting the high cost of private school and ballet lessons.

In the story I heard, it was the Jeremiah Wright/Trinity Church cabal. Church brothers on the down low (of which Jeremiah was one) could keep it on down low by marrying one of the church's spinsters. LOL

Its like one of my friends...a fairly well off white girl from the suburbs, whose parents are quite comfortable and gave their kids everything.

People always talk about Obama as if he's a product of Chicago's Machine, but really, he's more of an outside contractor - a technocrat who figured out a grand new trick to let everybody milk the hell out of the federal teat in a novel and ferociously successful fashion. Michelle's parents were foot soldiers in the old machine.

It wasn't her name, just her nickname. I'd have to look up what they hung on her in the birth certificate... "Claudia Alta". Literally nobody addressed her as such. It's kind of a presidential tradition - nobody called Grant "Hiram" or Tecumseh Sherman "William" or even Calvin Coolidge "John Calvin". There was this pre-birth-certificate theory that the reason Obama didn't want his released was that it named him "Barry" or possibly there was a replacement naming him "Barry Soetero". Oh, well. Things were more amusing before the State of Hawaii ruined our fun.
Easy enough to forgive the "single mother" slip, but the insinuation that what she is experiencing is anything like what an ordinary mother experiences is laughable.
