OT. I made a late comment on her Bloggingheads.tv appearance and was afraid she would miss it:
Interesting that Ann has no fears about the Citizens United ruling. Money being the mother's milk of politics, Congressmen and Senators spend most of their time raising money and spend most of it on media buys. They must know what they are doing. So how can Ann not fear private for-profit corporations will hog the airways to secure favorable legislation and friendly congressmen the way that just happened in the Judicial elections in Wisconsin?
She mentioned a Virginia case in which a guy spent $3 million on a judicial election to a court before which he had a $25 million case pending. Ann thought that was wrong, and said the judge should have recused himself. But congressmen never recuse themselves. Recusal isn't even an option. What is her thinking here? Are there limitations on corporate spending I'm not aware of? She's a smart girl. Hopefully she will explain.
Speaking of war-related trauma, Beetle Bailey seems to have taken a rather abrupt turn. After 50 years of living in some kind of peacetime paradise, the soldiers of Camp Swampy have suddenly been thrust into an apocalyptic worldwide war, in which they’ll be forced to fight until they qualify for old age benefits...if they live that long.

How will Berna's winning lottery ticket be saved from those scoundrels that have befriended Dex and put him up in the swanky hotel?!!
Tune in tomorrow as Dr.Morgan speeds towards its inevitable conclusion! A far more enjoyable read than Ziggy ever was or will be.

I liked the Beetle Bailey one better.
