Did her pajamas have "NIG" printed on them?

I bet Roger Simon would be willing to hire him full-time.

Wow. Lame. It's painful to even read about it. Or maybe it's just that the tone of the reporting has changed from that of worship.

How did Matt miss this Druxtaposition.

That sounds seriously, seriously weird. It doesn't sound right in a sexual way.

Real men don't wear pj's. Gym shorts or sans clothing.

"Or maybe it's just that the tone of the reporting has changed from that of worship."

I didn't read the article but I'm seeing those changes in a lot of reporting these days. And in comedy too. For example, did anyone see the Harry Reid/Barry Obama skit on SNL last night? It wasn't very funny (not surprising) but it sure slammed both Harry and Barry pretty hard.

Not seeing as much love anymore.

He really doesn't like being President.

I'm starting to wonder if his re-election campaign will even be as energetic as Bush 41's.

PS I love the part where Axe says he wouldn't take 11/2 as a rebuke. Yeah, we're all too dumb and unworthy of his wonderfulness.

This article gave me the impression that I was reading a NYT obituary pre-written for the soon coming death of a public figure: speaking no evil of the deceased yet also working in some of his life's facts taken in a kind light. The best thing they had to say about Obama was that Reid would likely die first.

"It doesn't sound right in a sexual way."

It sort of sounds like what a pedophile might say to a child, doesn't it?

"Obama comes across as an introvert, someone who finds extended contact with groups of people outside his immediate circle to be draining. He can rouse a stadium of 80,000 people, but that audience is an impersonal monolith; smaller group settings can be harder for him. ... Unlike Clinton, who never met a rope line he did not want to work, Obama does not relish glad-handing. That’s what he has Vice President Joe Biden for. When Obama addressed the Business Roundtable this year, he left after his speech without much meet-and-greet, leaving his aides frustrated that he had done himself more harm than good. He is not much for chitchat."

Get into your pjs, Omongrel, join the team you have supported all along, and go away. I assume he meant black pajamas, right?

From the article: He hailed the fighting spirit of Ms. Murray and Senator Barbara Boxer, of California, even though both women are short, or in the case of Ms. Boxer, “vertically challenged,” as he put it at a rally Friday at the University of Southern California.

Weird juxtaposition.
"He hailed the fighting spirit of Ms. Murray and Senator Barbara Boxer, of California, even though both women are not that attractive."

So Obama doesn't know how to use the subjunctive. The most brilliant man to become president and a great writer.

Obama's got that poor kid started on the educational race to the bottom. As she will find out if she ever gets to sit for the ACT and other standardized tests in her future, in proper English we say, "I wish I were in my PJ's."

"At a Silicon Valley fund-raiser, he boasted — maybe exaggerated — about the size of his recent rallies."

Their soft pedaling this guy never ceases to amaze me.

David বলেছেন...

He could have said:

"I wish that I were in your PJ's."

That would be worse.

And how many men wear pajamas these days anyway? I bet most of the guys at Pajamas Media don't even have pajamas.

I gave up jammies when I was about 11.

Ham, I don't want to articulate that connection, but that's how weird it sounds.
