I was going to analyze that assertion rationally but I was afraid it wasn't going to make any sense.
The quote is from Rush Limbaugh, who proceeds to complain that everything's gotten too politicized.
AND: Speaking of internally inconsistent assertions....

Rush means you have to go outside the realm of logic to understand the left. Yogi Berra could not have said it better.
Statement usually followed by the phrase, "You can't make this stuff up."
Ann: I get the humor and am actually sympathetic to the content, but can't understand the delivery. How do you get work done when you're listening to this stuff? (Serious! Do you tape it or look up stuff online later?)
(Pee Wee Herman "HAAH" at my verification word: perspec.)
Andrew Sullivan and Rush Limbaugh...
Professor will do you torture youself so
"It has nothing to do with the rise of conservatism and anger over our out-of-control government."
IT! "IT", is taking on a life of ITs own!
Now some might think that IT is the "singularity", not mentioning any names here...especially while they are on a well-deserved vacation...maybe even scuba diving in the Cayman Islands.
Others, on both the right and the left, clearly see "IT" as a rallying cry!...um...to either get elected or get their man/woman elected.
And still others see "IT" as their way of saying the following..."I am so angry about "IT", I am seeing red!"
Be specific about "IT".
Otherwise?
You're spitting into the wind.
You might get that hocker out of your mouth, but when all that phlegm shows up on your tuxedo, your suit or your t-shirt...face it...you're going to feel rather foolish, whereupon most of you will go home to do your laundry.
Just trying to share here, what many of us have learned the hard way.
Anger might make you FEEL better, but it makes you stupid.
Anyone who listens to Rush and puts more store in what he says than they do with a 3 Stooges short has a serious values problem.

well the problem, edutcher is that he usually does.
The election results are trending to a rebuff of President Obama and his far left liberal policies.
Ah, the problem is a lost comma, probably during transcription. Think it should read "We start analyzing these things rationally or logically or, logically, it's not going to make any sense.
To me it just means that - without rational or logical analysis then, most logically one must conclude, it's not going to make any sense.
At the link this is the quote and I don't see a problem:
"RUSH: Well, once again, you start analyzing -- it's a good point, don't misunderstand -- but we start analyzing these things rationally or logically, it's not going to make any sense."
Maybe they edited it, or Ann brought some back from Cali.

I subscribe to the podcast and listen to it while I'm doing little tasks in the evening or the next morning. Well worth it. No commercials.
