As I said earlier, you really like the night away and him coming back fired up. I think you were ready to laugh this off a little, but he's impressed you with the passion he's showing for this fight.
Keep smiling, Ann and stand fast, Meade. This is only beginning.
I clicked on the "LOL" link. It didn't take me to the top of the blog post; I'd have to scroll back to see that. I wasn't interested because this was part of the text that came up on my screen when I clicked on the link:
"We should have indictments, trials, and convictions. Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and others come to mind. We need a Constitutional convention to reform and prevent future abuses not only to the commerce clause and general welfare clause, but also remove birthright citizenship for illegals—at least one parent should be an American citizen...."
And: "The regime is betting that...."
I've never called our democratically elected governments in the USA "regimes". I got tired of that language in the Bush years from the leftists.
And, as for the comment above that, it is racist and wildly extremist. And it certainly is not any sort of libertarian view. Real libertarians are very pro-immigration, and are as much for the free exchange of people as they are for the free exchange of ideas. And, all that garbage about indictments, blah blah blah, again sounds like the ultra-leftists of the Bush years.
So, at that link, as on Saturday in Washington, Meade was surrounded by crazed right-wing extremists and racists. But Meade and Althouse see no evil, hear no evil. They claim that all these ultra-right-wingers are actually TOO NICE. Funny, when I was watching Fox Business Channel this morning, even they reported that there were racial and homophobic attacks going on at the Tea Party event.
And every time I peek into the comment sections on this blog, I see a bunch of right-wingers having nervous breakdowns, coming unhinged, and calling even the nicest dissenters to their views a bunch of swear words and other obscene attacks.

Oh for crying out loud. Someone help me please - I'm trapped in the proverbial echo chamber. TRAPPED, I say!!!
Enough already. I'll be out back... cutting brush.
Sheesh!
When you're through with those stumps, I've got one ...
No, huh?
That's it. I'm calling NOW on you. Not only are you racist, but you're also sexist. Women dig stumps, too, you know.
BTW: (In Crocodile Dundee voice)
That's not a stump.
That's a stump.
By the way, Ann, you need to update your post on Sandra Bullock.
Here's the photo of Jesse James' piece on the side in her Nazi "White Power" regalia.
The only real racists and Nazi sympathizers are in Hollywood - not Tea Parties.
Ain't love grand.
It takes a lot of anger to cut those stumps out. The stumps are bitter and clingy.

Yews?
And is that the site of the dying Redbud in the foreground 5 seconds in?
It looks like a mini-bomber flew over and dropped a few on you.
Stupaks are useless.
That's the way to pull out a Stupak.. waterboarding ;)

OMG!! I'm a protologist, and that looks EXACTLY like Al Gore's hemerroids.
I think I hear a cardinal!
I hope he did like my mountaineer neighbors would have - tie a logging chain around it and put the truck into 4-low.
Don't want him hurting his back!
