Super Tuesday is tomorrow.

What will you be looking for?

IN THE COMMENTS: Beth answers my question from New Orleans: "Zulu coconuts. Marching bands. Hip hop brass bands. My friends in outlandish costumes. A clean public bathroom."

I suspect a stiff drink, if it goes as I expect.

Hey, Calabresi & McGinnis are supporting McCain. That should reassure people about his soundness on the most important issues.

A surprise win by Fred Thompson when millions of people realize they just can't possibly vote for any of the candidates still in the race. Well, that's what I'm hoping for at least.

I predict net partly cloudy with various temperatures.

My missing copy of Life of Brian. I'm guessing I'll need some humor after tomorrow night.

On Tuesdays, its usually my car keys.

Tomorrow I'll be looking for someone else to shovel.

It looks like Wisconsin might actually be relevant in 2 weeks. I guess I'll look at the results tomorrow to see if that's true. I don't see many yard signs yet, though.

For it to be over. While I can somewhat get into the drama, I am already tired of the characters and I am having a hard time seeing any ending that will make me and my bank account happy.

How Missouri is looking:

Huckabee to give McCain a run for his money in the all-or-nothing GOP primary. Possible upset. Romney to finish a distant third.

On the other side, Clinton and Obama will split the delegates about evenly.

I'm looking for suggestions about whether my husband and I should

1) both attend the Republican caucus

2) both attend the Democrat one

or 3) split up and try to influence both.

Relevant information: we have to take our three kids under 7 with us. We will be voting Republican in the general election. We live in Minnesota. My husband definitely hopes McCain will be the nominee and I'm undecided between him and Romney. We both agree we'd prefer that Obama be the Democratic nominee. We live in a very urban, very Democratic-dominated precinct.

What should we do?

Hillary to withdraw; Romney to keep it close.

I am with you simon -- I want vodka martinis (though as a McCain supporter, I figure I am going to be happy tomorrow).

My wife and I were at the distributor yesterday and besides beer and wine I bought a bottle of Belvedere. As were were paying, she told the cashier that the beer is for the Super Bowl and the vodka for Super Tuesday.

After tomorrow, the R team will have a nominee, and the D team won't. Politics is reverting to type, which in this instance is probably good for the R team.

So why all the groaning among those who are (presumably) rooting for the D team to lose, which necessarily means that they are rooting for the R team to win? (Politics is reverting to type in more ways than one.)

I will be looking for a bar where I can watch returns with other political junkies.

I'm looking for an indication that my future votes will be artificially diluted by ten to twenty million almost instant new voters.

McCain supports converting illegal aliens to votes by fiat because he believes that by pandering to the illegal voter and their supporters he will be acquiring power through their loyalty.

Given the difference in presidential elections is about two to three million, McCain will change the future course of this nation far in excess of what most people think. Not only will POTUS elections be determined in large part by this new voting block, but many states with large concentrations of these artificially created new voters (CA, TX, IL...) will also be turned upside down.

Zulu coconuts. Marching bands. Hip hop brass bands. My friends in outlandish costumes. A clean public bathroom.

Or, if I get tired tonight at Orpheus, one of the most beautiful parades, I'll just have a lazy Mardi Gras at home.

We're voting Saturday. Kinda busy tomorrow.

I am looking to see if young people come out to vote. All the hype about them this year and want to see if they really will participate.

I am also looking to see if the so called "polls" will be correct or if they are going to be like what happened in New Hampshire.

I question quite a few of these polls because nowadays quite a few people don't even have a home phone line. Many of these people are young people.

I am surprised Clinton is above Obama by 14 points in Mass and hope that changes. I am also interested in seeing what the totals are for NYC. Clinton basically has all of the democratic establishment supporting her in NYC and want to see if it will help her. Also, I will be fascinated to see what happens in Harlem.

I would also like to see Romney win some states so he stays in.

I might be looking for some hog when it is all over. I am actually excited about it. It should be interesting.

Really? By fiat? Then why was he wasting his time with congress?

Persepolis or maybe The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. They've finally moved to my local theater.

Obama's actually courting me, which is kind of nice. No calls from Hill yet. (I'm "decline to state" which means I can vote for a Dem but not a Rep, apparently.)

Good thing we know something about Beth and place otherwise that would make no sense. Good luck on the bathroom though.

i'm looking for the turnout for democrats to be roughly 20% higher than the republican turnout.

Matt Welch and Wil Wilkinson have a good Bloggingheads about John Mccain up; I'd recommend anyone who is thinking of voting for McCain tomorrow watch it.
