The sun and the Statue of Liberty are always aligned. Every day, always have been, always will. You are cosmically aligned today, at sunset. Beautiful.
OK, so continuing on, if you paid $27,000 for dark rust and green hydrangeas at your wedding, only to find that the florist substituted pastel pink ones, and wilting to boot, did you suffer $400K? I don't think so. Sounds like the $3M dry cleaner pants suit to me.
Ann, this florist needs some pro bono legal work from an expert in arragement, color coordination and alignment. Can you help the guy out? I understand he is local.

But . . . but . . . in high school they told us the sun never sets on the Statue of Liberty . . . well . . . something like that.
Not quite as spectacular as yesterday's shot, but nice.
Yes, nice photo of the Lady.
George,
You're confused with this post. ;)
Forgive me for the repetition, but the sun and the statue are aligned this week.
Sort of like the star in the center of the crescent moon at the end of Ramadan...er...maybe not.
Kinda miss that...sun...in NW Iowa.

John, yes. The sun and the statue are aligned this week... from my perspective.
Thanks for sharing your... perspective.
Cool!
Meade's photo reminds me of these instructions for football receivers: If you turn around to catch the ball and the ball's in the sun, catch the sun!
