The Star Wars bit was Triumph's high-water mark, but I think that his appearance outside of the courtroom during Michael Jackson's trial is his most underrated bit.

Abe Vigoda: still alive!`
I'm so glad you posted that. I'm a huge fan of Triumph... I have the "Best of Triumph" DVD. I didn't know this had happened.
o.m.g... there's a "best of triumph" dvd?
I'm off to Netflix.
The 80 something kissing the 60 something? A bridge too far.
I thought Martha Plimpton handled it the best, what with letting him sniff her butt and all.
I laughed so hard I thought I would
hemorrhage. I also put "The Best of..." in my Netflix queue.
OK I LMAO, and I am pretty buzzed, so I am glad you guys liked it too.
I actually bought the Best of Triumph DVD a few years ago.
What "The Sopranos" is to drama, Triumph is to comedy.
You must see his appearances at the Westchester Dog Show! And at the Star Wars movie line.
And here he is at a Bon Jovi concert.

I had to stop watching because my laughing had turned to coughing, and it was getting painful.
John Stodder... Conan called the Star Wars bit (I'm paraphrasing) "possibly the funniest 10 minutes in television history".
Disgusting.
Well, whatever. Struck me more as "very slightly amusing" rather than "hilarious", but, you know, whatever.
I miss Don Rickles.
That was great--thanks.
