I believe the term is "schmatte", though Sen. Specter insists it's "peltzel".

Those of us who practice before the Third Circuit -- regardless of ideology -- basically worship Ed Becker. An absolute genius who cared for justice, and a liberal Republican in the best sense of both terms. Wow, he will be missed.
