Still wondering about the Piano Man?
You know: the man who found wearing a soaking wet suit in Sheerness, Kent, in April, and who soon thereafter drew a picture of a piano and, when brought to a piano, sat down and played a 4-hour virtuoso performance. Here's a new update. They are investigating 200 names they think might be his, and he seems to be "more responsive" when spoken to in Norwegian. Ah, poor Piano Man! Our heart goes out to you.

Am I the only one who smells a hoax here? Every permutation of bosh is considered in the news items, except the most obvious- He's full of merde.
Anyone seen 'Ladies In Lavender' ? My lovely wife wants to think Piano Man is today's Andrea. Hmm.
Maybe he's a man with a past who wants to leave it.
You really think health care professionals can't spot a faker? After all this time?
Health Care Professionals. Tee Hee. That's a good one. Freudianism is just mesmerism or phrenology with a better publicist. Frauds fool them all the time. Ever see who they let out on parole? The lamebrain euphemism the Brits use- "carers", makes them seem even sillier. The bosh meter remains pegged.
Sippican: Don't go all Tom Cruise, now.
Even a busted clock is right twice a day.
I have no desire to imitate Mr Cruise, because as I understand it,even with the careful ministrations of the "Health Care Professionals," it would hurt like hell to cut the last 8 inches of my legs off. And then I'd still have to hunch over.
I find Mr Cruise no goofier than Mr Freud, however.
Sippican: I don't think the pill-prescribing psychitrists of today are very Freudian.
Hi Ann- "pill-prescribing psychitrists of today" ? Don't go all Tom Cruise on us now...
By the way, have you copyrighted the phrase "Go all Tom Cruise on us" yet? It's bound to be worth millions.
I actually used it in class the other day.
