The breakfast is usually really good, but I hate lying in bed pretending to be asleep for two hours while the (very thoughtful) husband and kids make it. And the state of the kitchen when they finish is not pretty, either.
I agree that it's nice for someone else to make you breakfast, but I don't get enjoying having it served to you in bed. Generally, what's the charm of eating in bed? You have to worry about knocking over the drinks and all the crumbs. And you know if you serve someone breakfast in bed, chances are they will act pleased, because of the nice thought behind it. If they didn't like it, would they say? Does you wife also love every Christmas/birthday present you've ever given her>

Mmm... toast!
I've never understood the appeal of breakfast in bed. Who needs crumbs in the sheets?
Could be worse. Could be McDonald's.

Chacun a son gout. My wife loves having her breakfast in bed and I try to pamper her with it every Saturday I can.
