You are boots-on-the-ground. But your style of reporting is much better too. Plus, you've got video and photos.<br /><br />So when you point out that the NYT picked out this quote and found some significance in it, it seems less important than if you had picked it out and brought it to your readers' attention yourself.<br /><br />Plus, you just can't trust the NYT anymore.
