The "study" as it were, was of random foods that really didn't typify the foods available to people in a caveman, nomadic, early agriculture life. Fat and protein were scarce. Stuff like brains and bone marrow were rare and luxuries and unlikely for kids at the botom of the pecking order to get.<br /><br />3. Different racial, ethnic groups have different palates and in some cases, different ability to digest. Completely apart from cultural bias.<br />So dairy products would fare badly with Asian tykes once they associated them with stomach aches and diarhhea.
