Will Democrats/LameStream Media© hold themselves responsible for this, as they surely would be demanding the Republicans do if the situation were reversed. There has been no shortage of violent, eliminationist rhetoric from the Left/Democrats.

Not a snowballs chance in hell. Numerous Lefties are already blaming TRUMP for this, due to his "hateful" rhetoric.

Nice. Fall back on the old "of course she was raped, look how she was dressed..." excuse. Also since they believe anyone supporting Trump is by default a Nazi, and it is of course OK to punch a Nazi, surely it must be OK to shoot a Nazi....

“He was hunting us at that point,” said Representative Mike Bishop, Republican of Michigan, who was standing at home plate when the shooting began at 7:09 a.m. Mr. Bishop said the gunman seemed to be “double-tapping” the trigger of his weapon. “There was so much gunfire, you couldn’t get up and run,” he said. “Pop, pop, pop, pop — it’s a sound I’ll never forget.”

It is always a good time to protest against hunting whether it is deer or our fellow human beings. No living creature should be hunted; it is vile, revolting and inhuman. The Republican legislators, who themselves have been hunted, should introduce legislation to outlaw hunting. Like Trump said about North Korea's ICBM's, it's never going to happen. Sad!

There has been an annual Congressional baseball game for years now. They play at the Nationals Park (the Nats, are, obviously, on a road trip).

I'm sure it's pretty crappy baseball, as most Congress critters are long in the tooth as far as baseball goes. You're not going to see amazing catches or 55 year old dudes sliding into 2nd base. (Ron Paul did hit a HR once - the only Congress person who ever did so.)

It's supposed to be a friendly bipartisan affair, where both sides forget about politics for a few hours and focus on not looking like complete asses on the field. It's a good thing because it keeps their minds of off spending more of our money for a little while.

Now even that has been poisoned.

I would like to point out that Progressives almost never come to power without violence. Europe is a variant because the Europeans were allowed to live so long behind the shield of the US Army. They didn't have to defend themselves and deal with the reality of the world and were able to slowly slide into socialism. But now they are learning that Socialism is just Aristocracy in a different name. The serfs of Europe are being replaced.

All of the places that went down the progressive road not under US protection did so at the point of the progressive gun.

Why has there been a noticeable uptick in violence from the left?

Is this their reaction to losing the House, Senate, Presidency and many state elections?

Does the uptick reflect the violent origins of socialism and communism?

Some say the Obama DOJ spent 8 years "looking the other way". Does the left now fell entitled to the use of violence? Why not be violent, when there are no negative consequences for you?

After largely getting their way for 8 years do progressives feel an entitlement slipping away? Is violence their reaction to not getting their way?

Are organizations (CPUSA, OFA, BLM...) inciting or encouraging the violence?

What's going on here?

Even if you truly believe that, they don't need to go around saying "People are going to die because of Republicans!!!" like Warren is doing. That has nothing to do with being asked to participate. That has to do with stirring up fear and hatred.
And people who do as Warren is doing don't need to be given prominence by media outlets.
People with ideas to help fix it, or an understanding of the problems, need to be given prominence by media outlets.

No. It is the constant string of leftist violence that proves democrats are more likely to be deranged and violent. It is the leftists running around numerous universities attacking people they disagree with.

It is the fact that the left in the US is indistinguishable with Venezuela, Cuba, Russia, Germany, and so many other historical examples of leftists/socialists taking power.

The only difference is their victims are protected by the second amendment here. You people have made it clear what will happen to your political opponents if you gain power.

Though not to belabor the point, the thrust of the meme is that Trump intends to destroy our republic, just as Caesar sought the blood of Rome's, which is utterly absurd to one who has studied the sources. Firstly, Trump is not that talented. Secondly, it was Sulla who put the rope around the Republic's neck, and it was Brutus and the Conspirators who pulled the trap.
