Who's saying this and what and whom is he saying it about?

"We talk about it, and a number of people have talked about it, including his family. And he knows that it’s a problem. And the first part of solving the problem is recognizing that it exists."

Answer here.

"Daddy Issue America": an Excerpt...

"Mom?"

"Yes, Amanda?'

"Do you know Dad would come into the bathroom when I was taking a shower?"

"Was he drunk?"

"I don't know -- he just kept talking about me having a fresh towel."

"You know, your father used to do that to me when I was young."

"Mom, you're not making it any less freakier."

"Did he offer to suds you in places that are hard to reach?"

"No, he'd just... stare."

"Stare up top or stare down bottom?"

"Up top, I guess."

"Oh honey. That is what men do. He'd stare below if he meant wrong."

"I think Dad has a problem, Mom."

"Of course he does dear, that is why I divorced him."

"I mean I think he has a PROBLEM. Several of my girlfriends said he stared at their tits."

"And Amanda, were they wearing clothing that showed off their tits?"

"Ummmm... sure. We're all young: we like to show off our tits."

"So there you go, Honey. You show off your tits and there is no age limit to the men that want to watch."

"They never get tired of it, Mom? I mean: the tits?"

"They never get tired of it, Baby Girl. This also applies to the ass."

"Mom, I am so lucky I have you to talk to."

"Amanda, that's why I'm here. But honey..."

"Yes, Mom?"

"If you're in the shower and your Father comes in, don't bend over..."

I am Laslo.

I've never understood why Carson endorsed Trump. I'm thinking Carson bought into Trump's Cruz- lied-about-Carson BS, but that doesn't fully explain it. Was Carson that deep in debt?

I wonder if it is significant that Laslo used the name "Amanda" for the young girl? I do know of one Amanda here who seems to have been clueless when Laslo alluded to Godwin's Law. Keep it up!

Trump/Carson is an interesting combination. I too wonder why the good doctor has linked up with Trump. VP slot? We shall hopefully see.

Glad to hear Trump will get some sleep now. Playing internet snipe games with three hours sleep a day is the formulae for posting harsh stuff without taking time time to reread and delete it.

The 2016 election cycle will be Twitter's last spasm of relevancy.

Thank goodness.

@ DKWalser, who wrote (4/8/16, 7:50 PM), "I've never understood why Carson endorsed Trump."

I don't think Dr. Carson is dim. I don't think he's a natural politician either, but he's a very bright man, and a good man -- which is making him an unpredictable Trumpkin and an unreliable Trumpkin shill.

Here's the thing: The very best con men -- and Trump, I concede, is world-class; he's on the brink of the Biggest Scam Ever -- don't get rich by swindling the stupid in small-dollar transactions. Bernie Maidoff didn't bilk tens of millions in ten-dollar increments from retired school teachers; he preyed upon the people who thought they were too sharp to be swindled.

And Trump found Carson's triggers, whatever they are. I don't have to presume nefarious triggers when there are many, many others that Trump probably used in combination. Dr. Carson, by then, wanted to be fooled, and had probably already imagined the splendor of the Emperor's clothes before the audience that sealed the deal.

Putting it another way:

Do you remember the SNL skit during the 1988 election, in which Jon Lovitz, playing Dukakis, responded to some Dana Carvey-as-Bush-43's pretend blather ("on track, stay the course, 1000 points of light") by saying: "I can't believe I'm losing to this guy?"

Carson, watching Trump, cannot help but think: "I lost to this guy." Before it happens, it seems incredible. After it has happened, you have a whole new lens through which to view your former opponent, and with rose-colored 20/20 vision, it appears that he was actually very formidable -- inscrutable, wise, all kinds of things you can't see from the stage -- when dealt with one-to-one, petitioner to liege lord, in the calm aftermath.

Dr. Carson appears to be getting much more media time as a Trump shill than he did as a candidate for President.

The obvious answer to Carson's supporting Trump is the kindred spirits. Both are good Christian men at heart that both want the best for others. Carson knows that in Trump. And Carson cannot understand a weird, creepy snakelike Rafael Eduardo Cruz's controlling conservative ideologues and legalistic churches using crafty lies about Trump being a Liberal from Sodom and Gemorrah married to a Lesbian Pornography Model, all said while holding a Bible high.

Am I mistaken, or did this comment occur a few days ago?

I recall this happening on the night of the Wisconsin primary, when the Fox News crew had just gotten a copy of Trump's angry non-concession press release. And (again, if I am not mistaken) someone read it or at least a part of it to Carson and asked him about the tone. And Carson actually volunteered the part about Trump's out-of-control Twitter account.

I hope I am not mis-remembering all of that.

But is any of this even arguable? I suppose that my best evidence that absolutely everyone knows that Trump's Twitter is a problem, is the fact that so many of Trump's Tweets have been deleted... by Trump. There have been about a half-dozen consequential unforced errors attributable to Trump's Twitter account since this campaign began. Nobody made Trump delete them, but he did.

It had to be Trump because everything is about Trump.

That will change some day. Maybe pretty soon, maybe not.

OMG - the Trump Hive will explode. How dare the likes of so-called conservative Dr. Ben Carson and so-called conservative radio personality and New York native Joy Kaufman, both all-in supporters of Donald J. Trump actually proposing that The Donald should cancel his Twitter account thus deliberately blocking his constant use thereof to attack his adversaries and make his points with the Hive Mind, and gain media coverage.

The Trump Hive will never forgive such blasphemy and Donald will never change because he is a sick man with a severe personality disorder. The truth is that a true narcissist never changes his stripes – ever. Trump will go berserk and it will be so much fun to watch. So pop the Orville Redenbacher bag into the microwave and get ready for fun and games.

Very funny tradguy - even a Cruz supporter appreciates tongue-in-cheek humor ... but you spelled Gomorrah wrong and Ted's middle name is Edward (he didn't change his name like Barry did).
