Too cool:

Robert Redford(whose appeal, artistic and otherwise, always eluded me)'s new movie about the Weathermen is another of his many recent flops.

Did Meade shovel the snow there too?

The Braves played the Rockies in the Rockies this afternoon in a day game with the temp 23F, which according to the baseball records qualified it as the coldest Major League game ever played.

Now they have to play again tonight with a rookie Braves pitcher from Columbia near the Equator. I hope his glove is fur lined.

When people here at Althouse advocate for homeschooling--especially those who specifically, endlessly expound upon the notion that homeschooling should be the norm on account of it being "the answer"--what do they mean by "homeschooling"? What do they mean by that term? What is their vision or visions of homeschooling?

I posted my comment-of-query here at this post, despite its being in the past and therefore not fresh or current, because it was the most recent café post that I saw. (I am honestly trying to both respect topics and stay on topic, and as a corollary not thread-jack; thus this choice.)
