Saw that yesterday and was puzzled. The scrolling scene of the stars out the window should have been my second clue. Nice one!

Happy birthday today to Antonin Scalia. May he have at least 3 more.

Noticed that in the Metafilter comments.

You must scroll over and click - there's lots more there than just a doodle.

What's that behind the elevator door.

Cheers

I was at an afterschool event at my son's school library on Thursday. While waiting for things to start, I was looking at the nearest bookself. When I saw I was in the 'A's I immediately looked for The Hitchhiker's Guide, found it, and started reading. It's been 20 years since I last read it, and I still love it.

I was shocked to read that it would only have been his 61st birthday.

That dude died WAY too young.

I thought the penis was the Google doodle.

When did 61 become a landmark for birthdays rather than home runs?

Are Pan-Galactic Gargle Blasters less sugary than 64-ounce sodas? Mayor Bloomberg wants to know.
