That original video is totally mesmerizing for me.

I never heard about the Viking invasion of the Korean Peninsula before. I assume that's how all of those Korean women got their red, blonde, and brown hair.

Here's the Gangnam Style video they are talking about

They played that on the video-screen at the Dodgers-Giants game in Chavez Ravine the other night.

The baseball gods are certainly displeased: the Giants swept the Dodgers, and now enjoy a three game lead over them, with 37 left to play.

The thing that strikes me most is that he is wearing an untied bowtie! Korean actors and singers wear bowties in TV dramas all the time, but they're always fake. This is the first Korean talent I've seen who might actually be wearing a real bowtie.

I think that's a fake untied bow tie, which is sewed on to the front of the shirt. Different ones appear in the video.

I am so out of it.

Re: Sorun

Why . . . would you even need a fake untied bowtie? It's just a strip of cloth at that point. 절망했다! Oh, Korea . . .

"Do the pony!"

Yeah, exactly. I was just saying it's like one of those 60s dances -- thinking of the hitchhike, the swim...

Forgot the pony.
