"Porn, stripping get Octomom Nadya Suleman off welfare."

"There's really nothing I won't do to support them or care for them.... Every good mom or dad can identify with that, providing for their safety, their well-being."

Getting off welfare is a good thing. But dealing in porn is not. She's in this situation because of a series of bad decisions.

Armstrong and Getty speculated that her porn flick would have a big opening.

She certainly demonstrated previously that she likes publicity and the spotlight. I wonder how much of this is about the actual cash and how much is about wanting to be out in the public eye?

Interesting. Does she qualify for various "refundable tax credits" in excess of any tax paid in to the system?

God bless America.

Maybe it's comparative advantage.

This frees up some porn star to wait tables.

Damn--where is Child Protective Services when you need them? Spanking your kids bad; doing porn OK. I think I got it now.

Any good dad or mom recognizes that you were an idiot for having a litter with no way to provide for them.

When my wife and I found out she was carrying triplets, we were floored with fear. I barely talked for a week.

Now they are 10, and with God's help, no stripping or porn. But that woman giving a shout out to the responsible parents is like Obama giving a shout out to Reagen: inapropro.

For the love of GOD, does she have to be in the news at all?? When will the news industry realize that this sort of story is crap and we don't want it??

I take it we're supposed to be surprised.

And, yeah, Tibore is right; in her own weird way, this woman is no different from James Holmes.

How 'bout a press blackout on both?

Porn is mainstream. Prostitution is still illegal. Why don't prostitutes offer their services as porn productions? Have I just described my new home-based business model?

Wait. Are we paying for her birth control?

TMink said...

Fen, I will pay for her birth control!

I just feel so sorry for her children. I'm still not sure if it is safe for them to be around her.

If you don't watch every day, news or no news, the news doesn't care what you want.
