"Gov. Walker has $1.6 million in the bank 'giving him a strong start toward a 2014 re-election race.'"

"Thanks a lot, recall suckers!"

I'm sure it must be slush fund money from the Koch brothers.

No matter. Garage tells me Walker is going to be indicted any minute now!, and if anybody's got their finger on the pulse of Wisconsin politics, it's him.

The Dems could go a long way toward working that number down by making him re-run for office, say, every three months.

Insert half-assed, Cinchona-bitter attempt at sarcasm by resident lemon-puckered garage mahal in 10... 9... 8... 7...

Usually with own-goals the other team only is awarded one.

Looks like the Dems are starting 2014 with an 0-1 deficit.

Too fucking priceless not to rub in their faces, no?

They really are sore losers, aren't they?

Of course, they're sore winners, too.

If Walker and the republican triumph again in November they might as well go all the way and apply the law to all public employee sector workers and just to kick the left in the nuts opt out the expanded Medicaid program and pass a state right to work act.

Let's hope he cuts your salary first and then you and Meade can sit and opine how little time you have to blog with allyour pressing duties at the law school

Now, now. You all know that ANY DAY NOW he'll be indicted. So, it's all a wash.

Democrats to Althouse commenters: "Yeah, whatever. Why are you talking about this?"

"Let's hope he cuts your salary first..."

Depending on the alternatives, a cut salary might be the best possible thing.

And it's definitely more moral than taking more taxes from working people... which is sort of a cut salary, too, if you think about it.

What Wisconsin now needs to heal is another recall.

And the banging of drums. Lots and lots of banging on drums. That certain has been an effective tactic that.

Would exploding drums make a bigger impact?

Is this separate from the legal defense fund?

(Someone had to say something in garage's absence. He's probably out fishing now that the weather's cooled down.)
