I have a friend who has the same Fight Prime Time sticker. Must admit that I'm a big fan.

Gee, wonder why the media isn't making a big deal about Gallup's .5 point rise in the U3?

Considering how flat GodZero's manicured 8.2 went, you'd thing 9.1 was really bad news or something.

Of course, it's not as bad as $6 gas in LA (and $5 in DC and $4.50 in Gotham) or a U6 of 19.1 or inflation, with food and fuel added in, of 8%, and leading economic indicators trending down.

Now that's a train wreck.

PS Can we expect Media Matters to keep track of how many sponsors dump GCB?

Eat a bean and support the killing of trees to read your book. If it's an e-book, then you are a hypocritical energy user.

No problem. Nothing to see here. Keep on moving.

That is so racist. The black students have not been taught how to read yet. That comes later in Remedial Education courses in College. SEIU at work in your community.

I'll take Lefty Hypocrites for a thousand, Alex:

Answer) War on Women

Question) What is Bill Clinton's cigar, Nancy Pelosi's plastic surgeon and Teddy Kennedy's Oldsmobile?

PS Media Matters is counting every local sponsor from Baa Haabah to Niihau. Booking new sponsors (and the spots) takes a couple days.

PPS What does Alpha think of the fact that Carbonite list an eighth of its value on the day after it bailed on Rush?

You do realize that Limbaugh's show is syndicated, and that not all commercial breaks are his show's responsibility, right? The fact that Media Matters thinks that a minute of dead air on WABC is a big deal shows how little they know about radio.

It is possible that whomever is manning the controls at WABC simply didnt run the commercial when he/she was supposed to.

Hell, on WIBA here in Madison, a good portion of the commercial breaks during Limbaugh's show are simply plugs for other talk shows on WIBA. Been that way for years.

But you libs go ahead and keep on thinking that Limbaugh is somehow damaged by this "controversy". Id be willing to bet that when the ratings for his show come out, this week will be one of his highest rated weeks ever.

Oh man my deli guy cut some roast beef yesterday - it was just bleeding. I told him to throw it right on the ground in front of me, I was gonna eat it right there.

Be interesting to see if the segment on O'Really tonight, where Megyn Kelly ripped Ms Fluck a new one for trying to portray herself as a victim, goes viral.

Kelly was in rare form. If you ever heard the line in a movie, "Yer awful purty when yer mad", and wondered how it could be, she pretty much gave a textbook illustration.

My dad, who watches CNN, tells me that the Ayatollah praised Obama today. (He used some Persian expression, my dad didn't recall the translation. But it was a compliment.)

Wow. We've got a POTUS who's taken us from Great Satan to good guy. Amazing! And that's coming from the Ayatollah of Iran, an imminent nuclear power on the brink of war with Israel (for whom Israel is a cancer to be wiped off the face of the earth). I can't say Obama didn't deserve that Nobel Peace Prize. What a political gift this is for Obama 2012: he got the prized Ayatollah endorsement!

Seriously… though as a partisan hoping for the defeat of Obama 2012, this "endorsement" makes me smile, as an American and friend of Israel and just human being looking at the scary shit going on (and the scary shit which might soon go down), this makes me sick to my stomach. Not with hostility for Obama, but rather anxiety for the world.

But I didn't see this report myself, so I've taken this hearsay out of context-- don't know what the Ayatollah was praising Obama for. If I had to guess, maybe contrasting Obama to his Republican challengers and their recent statements re Iran?

Anyway, I'm pretty sure who Netanyahu is *not* endorsing for POTUS 2012.

The name "Pussy Riot" deserves an honorable mention along with sluts and other bad names boldly claimed by women to show they do not back down.

The band have been giving impromtu performances in public in Moscow, always using lyrics critical of Putin's rule.

NPR did a long interview with one of them last week.

This week Putin threw them all in jail.

Read a book.

Treehugger.

Someone needs to break the news to Ms. Treehugger about where the paper from books comes from.

But gently, please. Gently.
