I was thinking how funny it would be if the frog got really pissed off and went for the guy's finger.
Wow. I had no idea a frog bite could hurt that much. I was bitten by a wild black snake once (relocating it to the woods from my neighbor's house), and that hurt pretty bad (they have razor-sharp small teeth). But a frog. WHo knew?
Maybe African bull frogs are different, but American bull frogs only have teeth on the top jaw, and their bite doesn't hurt at all.Don't ask me how I know this, you don't want to know. This guy was probably just startled, rather than in actual pain.
I was for the frog. I found the bite a satisfying ending. Why are people teasing animals?I was for the crocodile in that lawnmower thing (linked to yesterday).
That's right Biatches... Don't mess with the Frog!!!!!!(just backing up my homeys)
(The Uncredentialed, Crypto Jew) Not as bad as a Moose bite….A Møøse once bit my sister and don’t tell me someone didn’t see this coming a mile off.
My dog barks at dogs on TV.
Ha ha ha.Serves him right for teasing the frog!!Karma....it's a bitch.
I found the bite a satisfying ending.Grok
The Blonde got a ceramic, life-sized Yorkie one time and set it out to see what B Treasure Dog would do.She looked at it, arched her back for a second (BTD wasn't afraid of anything), looked at it again, took a couple of sniffs, and gave Herself a look like, "How dumb do you think I am? That's not a real dog!", and stormed off, very indignant.
Don't ask me how I know this, you don't want to know.John Wayne Bobbitt meets Wild Kingdom?
I'm in complete agreement about teasing & humiliating animals. I'm happy when animals strike back.
Joe,M. Python, appropriate in any situation.
Never tease an animal or a child. Not only do they bite back, they never forget the teasing.
The Blonde got a ceramic, life-sized Yorkie one timeAt a Doberman specialty dog show once, an obedience drill involved completing an indoor course of "obstacles", which included a lifesized, stuffed Rottweiler, a plate of hamburger, and so forth. One Dobie, after completing the course in good time, went immediately back to the fake Rottie and tipped it over. The crowd loved it.
Irene: you are so right. Teasing is cruel.
I want a YouTube video of someone teasing a badger.
"Never tease an animal or a child."Then peekaboo is verboten.
What is the point of having children if you can't tease them? It's the only pleasure left in life, now that the national campaign against bullying is in full force.
Never been a fan of teasing animals or Mother Nature in general - rooting for the frog today, the croc yesterday, and the iceberg in 'Titanic'.
Don't be such a croak tease.
ROFL! I was so hoping the frog would get a reward for getting this guy a high score.Frog justice...it's what's for a snack! ")
My favorite part was where the frog injured the ant ZAP and the ant started spinning and the frog is all, GET that injured ant! ZAP ZAP!.
The video is quite ribbeting.wv - devil
I literally jumped.
Bleeding heart liberals. If you ask me that frog was doing more than just kidding the faux flies. Why is it OK to eat flies but not tease frogs?
We were given a plain white ceramic cat once that was sort of laying with its feet curled under (what we used to call "in the camel position") and my mother set it on the hearth by the fireplace in the living room. It was funny to see one of our cats (who generally wasn't afraid of anything) slink past the living room real low, stealing glances over at the ceramic cat. I think my mom had to get rid of it because it was stressing out the cat too much. I guess the shape was close enough to real.
William, did you just call me a liberal? You were teasing, right? ;-)
Gut wrenching laughter expressing all of the above responses. (except the prissy "don't tease animals" ones. It's a frog. I dissected them. Alive.)
Dissecting is one thing. But teasing!
Was the bite a sacrifice to The Master of the Monolith? The block its next to could be the Black Stone and its eldritch pictographs.Yeah yeah, I know, the Stone is described as octagonal.
"I was for the frog. I found the bite a satisfying ending. Why are people teasing animals?"Why assume he is teasing the frog, rather than training the frog? Practicing his eye/tongue skills.
"I'm in complete agreement about teasing & humiliating animals."I must confess, when I was very young, I used to go to the pond and both tease and humiliate frogs. I would call them fat, and ugly and accuse them of giving warts. Now I wonder just how much I damaged their self esteem, and how far I set them back in social skills.
