Bats are my biggest fear. I visited Carlsbad Caverns in January, when the millions of bats are gone to Mexico for the winter. They have a huge ampitheatre where you can watch the bats leave the cave @ sunset. The ranger suggested I return in the spring when the bats are back. I would rather put a sharp stick in my eye!

Happy Halloween to all. Snickers are my favorite, my brides is Kit Kat, so you know what we bought for tonight. And, we always buy extra, just in case.

A semi-auto bat dispenser? Brilliant!

Have to agree with whoever suggested it, but sparks or stars or fireworks coming off the fingertip of the sorceress' apprentice is all that animation needs.

This is The Blonde's favorite holiday. She got up in her cowgirl outfit for the Trick Or Treaters Saturday night.

If you look real closely in the background, you can see Spinelli being chased by Carol Herman.

Should we look for a flying broom?

Saturday night?

Halloween isn't officially celebrated (i.e. with REAL trick o treaters) in these parts until October the 31st.

Are you following the suit of states that have moved back their presidential primaries?
