They almost look like ornaments on a Christmas tree. Very lovely.

Pat yourself on the back, Madame, or, rather, let your husband do it.

You've outdone yourself.

I just did my vote by mail thing, like we all do in WA.

I appreciate the 'take home test' character of our voting system, especially w/ all the ballot initiatives, and the judges/justices. Sure, I could figure that stuff out ahead of time, and then go to the voting both w/ my plan in hand.

But, it's more serene at home. W/ google going.

And, if I'm out of town, it's awesome.

When I was a kid, I fed my friend's brother's fish too much and they all died.

Eh, stuff happens when you are a kid.

Or we could see it this way

And we need a slogan to get us through tomorrow and the fun thereafter

That is very Koi of you Professor. Are you really staying up to make a list and check it twice to see which Bloggers have been naughty and nice. We will sleep serenely knowing that you and Meade are preparing the weapons to win tomorrows Blog wars.

"I'm not watching any election coverage tomorrow."
"What?!"
"I'm not. I'm going to bed, and when I get up, it will all be over, and I can just see who won, and what vote tallies are being drawn out so that people can cheat."
"How can you not watch it?"
"By just not watching it."
"But you watched the Scott Brown returns..."
"Yeah, but that was fun because Maddow was crying and Matthews was reciting poetry, and they were all so hilariously upset... oh! Okay, I'll probably watch tomorrow."

I am not going to watch TV. I will come here and see your reactions to watching TV.

Clyde said...

Or is it supposed to be "So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish"?

Clyde said...

Aw, c'mon, Fred! I'm gonna tune in PMSNBC to see if Olbermann's head explodes.

Sprezzatura said...

Fred,

I can't vote for Rossi. He and I have some business partners in common. Those folks deal in foreclosures in a way that I don't care for. I deal w/ them because it makes me money, but I keep some distance. Rossi, is big pal w/ them, he doesn't seem to care that they're sleazy.

I can't vote for Rossi.

But, my voting wasn't all bad news, from your perspective. I voted against all the taxes--there were quite a few. And, I voted against the state continuing to monopolize (except for the reservations) the sale of alcohol.

Sprezzatura said...

BTW, that means I voted against the tax for rich folks in WA.

[But, I'm still okay w/ the feds moving those rates to the WJC levels.]

Here's why you should repudiate the Tea Parties by voting Democratic across the board except for Kirk and Tancredo. Take a look and if you have a valid and logical counter-argument, leave a comment there.

Necessary note: because teapartiers are vile idiots (see the link) I have to point out that there's a 99% chance that any replies to this comment from 'partiers will be full of lies and smears. No teapartier has ever been able to present a valid, logical counter-argument to anything I've ever written. Instead, all they can do is lie and smear. That's part of the reason why I encourage everyone to hold their noses and vote for every one of their opponents. And, I'm basing that on covering politics for over eight years in over 9000 posts. I have never seen a more malignant group than the teapartiers. See the link above for all the details.

All of you procrastinators get out and stand in line and vote tomorrow. I early voted just in case I died before Tuesday, and there were lines already. Lets win one for the Hockey Mom!

all while complaining that no tea partier has ever presented

a valid, logical counter-argument to anything I've ever written.

That last really makes it. I vote Parody.

HD...That's right. CNN experts just re-figured out the Mayan Calendar and found that today is DDD-day (Dooms Day for Democrats). It appears this calendar truth had been hidden by Mainstream Mayan Media behind faked but true stonework. Not to worry... today's shaking is really Revelation Day for truths that cannot be shaken.

Well at least one can just say the voting system is standard enough when compared to others. I give kudos to the electoral system of things:

In my experience, there are more lines for early voting than election day. Fewer precincts, at least in my state. I'll run out and vote on my break or at lunch.

My god! I hope you didn't actually type out that same drivel 9000 times. Isn't that the definition of insanity? Cut and paste, or just get a life. Your wasting this one. Nobody cares dude. After all that effort, all you came up with on important the action part is vote straight Democrat? Sheese. Life is too short man. Please, save yourself, before it's too late.

Huh? It's okay to make money off of their shady dealings because you're not too personal with them? Please explain.
