As someone who grew up in Wisconsin, the proper answer here should probably combine things that are wisconsin. Hunting, sausage, cheese...Which is why I think it is venison bratwurst with cheese.Of course the "scrambler" at Mickey's Dairy Bar in Madison probably isn't found anywhere else either (an omlete scrambled with fried potatoes topped with cheese and gravy)
