Good luck finding anything interesting in the newly released Hillary Clinton records.

These are her "public" schedules only. Based on these records, she was a very First Lady-y First Lady:
[T]he schedules released Wednesday are filled with references to innocuous public ceremonies and tours and political events — surrounded by whited-out boxes of deleted material. On March 28, 1995, to pick one example, the schedule shows that Hillary Clinton landed in Lahore, Pakistan, and was "given flowers by a boy and girl dressed in traditional Pakistani clothes." Clinton then visited a village home where she was "served cold soda." On June 1, 2000, researchers will discover that Hillary Clinton flew to Waco, Texas, where she visited the "Audre & Bernard Rapoport Academy." "HRC proceeds to read 'Where the wild things Are' to approximately 71 kindergarten thru second graders," the schedule reads.
I guess we could use this to razz her about the "experience" she's claiming.

Someone will! Someone should.

Interestingly, Hillary Clinton now has a significant lead over Obama among Democratic voters in the latest Gallup poll. An good question for Obama supporters would be, if Clinton remains ahead in opinion polls, but can't quite make up the difference in the delegate count, should the superdelegates follow the will of the people and hand the nomination to Hillary?

Or will Obama take a page from George Bush and just decide to ignore the polls because he knows better?

Reading children's books does prepare future Presidents to act in a crisis; pity it wasn't My Pet Goat.

As many politicians could tell you, the only polls that count are on Election Day.

"razz"?

Your "cruel neutrality" counsels razzing candidates?

Maybe the press could also give noogies and say "neener neener" or "no take backs" too.

Actually, that last one they did do to Samantha Power. I stand corrected. You could easily get a job as a campaign reporter.

Then why are the Democrats complaining about the war in Iraq? Opinion polls might say the majority of the public is in favor of withdrawal, but the "only poll that counts" was taken in 2004, and Bush won it.

The photo of Bush is shopped, in case you were wondering.

Wow, former law student links to a "truther" website. What a surprise.

But I liked the pic of Bush holding the book upside down.

How about this one?

I dunno if I'm feeling up to it. Maybe we should just ignore it until after the Dem convention.

If (by some bizarre happenstance) she takes the nomination, we can make hay of these records (point out her lies and demand fuller disclosure) later.

Since we're talking about calendars, let's just say we can pencil this in for the General.

The first factoid the salivating press reported about her schedule was that HRC was in the White House when the Blue Dress was soiled.

Ugh.

It does make you wonder how much time Hillary actually did spend in the West Wing, or how much Presidential pillow talk went on, for that matter.

Presidential "Pillow Talk?"

Sir, I just had lunch. I'd rather not see the sandwich and pickle I just paid thirty dollars for come screaming back up at me.

It worked for Bush didn't it?

If you paid 30 DOLLARS for a sandwich and a pickle you deserve to have whatever cocoction you paid that much for do a reverse launch from your gullet.

Funny but the UK Daily Telegraph already has written a major story on Hillary's papers debunking her experience claim. They go on about how all her help in Ireland consisted of having tea and visiting a school. They mentioned the Lahore visit as well. Essentially the point was that all her experience was, as Ann said, First Ladyish.

Showing that Hillary was present in the White House that day does conflict with one idea:

The idea that Hillary was such an active co-president that she could walk into the Oval Office at any time and get down to business (NOT a metaphor) with Bill at any time.

If that was true, Bill would have been afraid to hang out with Monica while Hillary was around.

Of course, who would believe such a crazy idea to begin with? Little wifey Hilly, who went out to do photo ops and make air kisses at Suha Arafat, wasn't an executive officer in the Oval Office. She had no security clearance.

I can't wait to see the Clinton tax returns.

I bet their annual gross income was close to $40 Million in at least one of the last 5-6 years. That would place the Clintons in the John Edwards Part of The Two Americas.

Anyone want to take that bet?

The question becomes, which is worse, earning millions while chasing all the obstetricians out of North Carolina with lawsuits based on false science, (also leaving the entire state with a severe shortage) or earning millions in backroom deals with foreigners, often from countries not friendly to the U.S.?

Obviously the worst thing you can do is go to a church where George Jefferson is the pastor.

Maybe Bill got off on the danger part.

Eew. I can't believe I'm discussing this. Excuse me while I go shower.
