America says NO?

I rather think of America as more of a MAYBE country...

America says No?

Not One More?

...what the hell, man.

I liked the hippy slogans better -- they were, at least, funny:

"No More Dick"

and

Whoever marries the Zeitgeist will be a Widower soon

and

"Sacco and Vanzetti were SOOO innocent"

Cheers,
Victoria

See, here's the Statue of Liberty--the symbol of America--and it's behind bars. And the torch--no flame in the torch

I know, right! Those are such good observations, Halo.

This describes the current "winter" of our country

See, if these post-counterculture nerds had the slightest bit of intelligence, they'd go for a visual protest, say:

The Statue of Liberty -- a criminal.

Just sling a tent over Ms. Liberty, and take the same photograph of her that Ann here did. Then put up cardboard sign in front saying,

"Now is the Winter Of Our Dis CON TENT"

So easy.

Cheers,
Victoria

What are we teaching our children?

"America Says No, Thank You."

That's better.

Oh I LOVE the madison button guy. He's really great. I volunteer at the farmer's market nearly every saturday as well, and I always see him.

Naked Lunch - arrested for excercising his freedom of speech? That only happens in Fascist countries under dictators.

Oh wait. right. Yeah, he'll probably get arrested.
