Geez...didn't the editor who wrote that ever have an English teacher lecture on parallel structure in lists?

Tom Hanks! is anyone else just totally sick of him? stop playing every role!

ok - that is obviously hyperbole, but seriously it seems like every story about a movie deal cites Tom Hanks as the star. between him and Russel Crowe, are there any other actors in Hollywood? (oops back to hyperbole)

I think Harry Reems (sic) should play Deep Throat. That would fit the tenor of the whole incident.

does not knowing Harry Reems make me too young or too old?

Kathleen: Even as to things before your time, there's such at thing as cultural literacy!

Kathleen B. -- nothing wrong with not knowing who Harry Reems is (I wish I didn't know!) -- a (now) born again ex-porn star who was in "Deep Throat"

Just had a earthquake mid- post. Gotta go!

it's true (re: cultural literacy), although I did read a hilarious discussion of director Spike Jones, who apparently has never seen a pre-Star Wars movie. no wonder he comes up with such off-the-wall movies!

ps. hope all is well in earthquake land
